ownership status on the plot which is comprised by Operating
Zone R-1 is the following: 
Rijekatekstil- Domus d.d. Rijeka is the owner of 75,023
m2 or 79%, while the remaining
21% is owned by the 
Municipality Matulji.
We cleaned the land and prepared it for construction of business
premises.
The Municipality of Matulji has recently amended its decision
on the Detailed Arrangement Plan, following the initiative of
some investors interested in the zone. The legal procedure is
in process so this is an opportunity for the others to present
their possible proposals and suggestions for construction and
purpose of the stated zone and for adaptation to the needs of
